Statistical Data Hub Bureau
The Statistical Data Hub Bureau is made up of 6 divisions. The Bureau establishes and carries out laws and regulations related to the development, management and use of statistical data, establishes & carries out the basic plans for data privacy, coordinates & operates the administrative data management system for statistical production and analysis, plans & produces statistics by using big data, and preserves, manages & provides microdata.

Main Responsibility
- Planning and coordinating the development, management and use of statistical data
- Establishing legislations and systems for the development, management and use of statistical data
- Supporting the use of administrative data
- Establishing and implementing the basic plans for data privacy within Statistics Korea
- Establishing, implementing and evaluating plans for the provision and active use of public data within Statistics Korea
- Establishing and implementing plans for active use of data-based administration within Statistics Korea and coordinating data management
- Coordinating the extra works not managed by other divisions within the bureau
